All products and services offered by INANNA are digital in nature, including but not limited to:
- Matrix of Destiny readings and guides
- Outershell Alchemy readings (Palmistry, Natal Chart, Mayan Astrology, Cardology)
- Digital guides and collections (e.g., Karmic Tails, Matrix Energies, Soul's Missions)
- Booking-based consultation and reading services
Due to the immediate digital delivery and non-tangible nature of these products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or the service has commenced.
EU Right of Withdrawal Waiver
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this right does not apply to:
- Digital content that has already been delivered with the customer's prior express consent
- Services that have already begun with the customer's agreement
By completing your purchase on inannarise.com, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- You request immediate access to the digital content or service
- You understand that delivery begins immediately upon payment
- You waive your right of withdrawal once delivery has commenced
Exceptions
In the rare event of a technical failure preventing delivery of your digital product, please contact us at inanna.consult@gmail.com within 7 days and we will resolve the issue or issue a credit.
