Digital Delivery Only
INANNA sells exclusively digital products and services. We do not ship any physical goods. No shipping address is required at checkout.
How You Receive Your Order
Depending on the product or service purchased, delivery works as follows:
- Digital guides & collections (e.g., Matrix of Destiny guides, Karmic Tails, Soul's Missions) — delivered via email to the address provided at checkout, typically within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- Personalised readings (e.g., Matrix of Destiny Reading, Outershell Alchemy readings, Cardology readings) — you will be contacted via email within 24-48 hours of purchase to arrange delivery or scheduling of your reading.
- Booking-based services — a confirmation email with scheduling details will be sent within 24 hours of purchase.
Delivery Timeframes
All digital products are delivered within 1–2 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. If you have not received your product within this timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.
Non-Delivery
If you experience any issues receiving your digital product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at inanna.consult@gmail.com or via the contact form on inannarise.com and we will resolve it promptly.
No Physical Shipping
As all products are digital, there are no shipping costs, no tracking numbers, and no physical delivery involved.
